WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) is a nutrition program that helps pregnant women, new mothers, infants, and children eat well and stay healthy. Nutritious foods, information on healthy eating, and referrals to health care for pregnant, postpartum and breastfeeding women, children up to age five.
